Where we ship

We currently ship within Canada only.

Shipping rates

  • Standard shipping: flat rate of CAD $15.00.

  • Free standard shipping on orders of CAD $200.00 or more.


Taxes (GST/HST/PST/QST) are calculated at checkout based on your province.

Processing and delivery

  • Processing: orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days from our logistics warehouse in Boucherville, Quebec.

  • Delivery: estimated 2 to 7 business days after shipment, depending on your location.


Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather or peak periods. Pre-order items ship when stock arrives; the expected date is shown on the product page.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Incorrect address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or damaged parcels

Contact us at info@padelpoint.ca within 7 days of the delivery date (or the estimated date for lost parcels) and we will make it right.
