Terms of service
This website is operated by Padel Point Canada. By visiting or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms. Nothing here limits your rights under applicable consumer protection law, including Quebec's Consumer Protection Act.

Products and pricing. We sell Bullpadel padel products in Canada. Prices are in CAD and exclude taxes and shipping unless stated. We try to keep product information accurate but may correct errors and cancel affected orders, with a full refund.

Orders. Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may refuse or cancel an order (stock limits, suspected fraud, pricing errors) and will refund any payment taken.

Payment. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners. We do not store your full card details.

Shipping and returns. Governed by our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

Promotions. Discount codes are single-use per customer unless stated, cannot be combined with other offers and have no cash value. Giveaways are subject to their own rules published at the time.

Accounts. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account.

Marketing communications. We send marketing emails only with your consent, in accordance with CASL. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Intellectual property. Site content belongs to Padel Point Canada or its licensors. Bullpadel is a trademark of its owner. Do not copy or reuse without permission.

Product use and liability. Padel involves physical risk; use equipment per manufacturer guidance. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price paid for the product concerned.

Governing law. The laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

Changes. We may update these terms; the version posted on this site applies.
